Key principles of the RevCentric Quality Control Program

  • Periodic process review
  • Correction Action Prevention (CAP)
  • Random Sampling method
  • Client feedback to workflow action

RevCentric recognizes the importance of having a well-organized Quality Control Program (QCP) run by expert Auditors who are specialists in their respective fields. This team is separate from the production team and aims to eliminate any conflicts of interest. However, we understand that a robust QCP cannot replace the need for qualified field agents.

Our QCP involves randomly sampling production work daily and reporting metrics every week. The sample size varies depending on whether the work is in a ramp-up or stable state. Each agent is assessed for 30 days based on accuracy and turnaround efficiency, and a rating is given based on their monthly performance.

We adhere to the CAP principle of Correction, Action, and Prevention. Any errors are rapidly identified and corrected. We then conduct a root cause analysis to identify the source of the issue and implement measures to prevent recurrence.

Compliance

Own it | Live it | Do it...

RevCentric integrates compliance practices into all aspects of production. Employers and employees are trained to guard PHI, with HIPAA training conducted during employee orientation and refreshers are given yearly.

Our operation centers are equipped with technical and people safeguards to mitigate risk such as maintaining a paperless environment, a “NO Smartphone” policy, Tailgating policy. We have written procedures in place to cover a system redundancy policy, data purge policy, email encryption policy, and other policies to ensure compliance.

We conduct random checks of the production floor to prevent any lapses. Our no-tolerance policy allows for anonymous reporting of violations. Thorough investigations of incidents are promptly conducted and employees involved are disciplined with suspension up to termination. We live Compliance!
